SoloPaw began the way many small, heart-led businesses do — out of love for one dog, and a frustration with the options out there.

I'm a lifelong animal person. I share my home with two dogs of my own and have been blessed by eight cats over the years. When one of my dogs needed careful transportation after an injury, I realized just how rare it was to find a service that treated each pet like family rather than freight. That experience is what led me to start SoloPaw.

This is a small, personal service — one family, one trip, one driver (me). Your pet isn't a delivery; they're a passenger.

All-electric, ultra-quiet ride with built-in Pet Mode — keeps the cabin at a precise temperature even during short stops. Smooth, climate-controlled, and stress-friendly.

We don't combine pets from different households. Your pet has the cabin to themselves (or with their family siblings), never mixed with strangers.
🚐 Not a cargo truck
We're the opposite of bulk transport vans that stack many crates together. Every ride is a private trip — personally driven by the owner.
🐕 Cage-free when possible
For non-aggressive dogs, no mandatory crate. Your pet rides comfortably, properly secured but not confined. Adjusted case-by-case based on temperament and size.
💊 Medication & special needs
Daily meds, anxiety support, special diets, senior care — just let us know in advance and we'll accommodate every detail of your pet's routine.

Shared Trip Discount

Two pups, one trip — 10% off each

If two families are sending dogs on the same date, with destinations within a 2-hour drive of each other, we can offer a shared package with a 10% discount per family. Both parties must consent to share the ride. Email us if you'd like to be matched — we keep a small wait-list of families open to sharing.

Every trip has Las Vegas at one end. If you pick another city as your starting point, the destination will automatically be set to Las Vegas, and vice versa.

Latest same-day drop-off is 5 PM. If you'd prefer a morning hand-off instead of a late-afternoon arrival, choose next-morning delivery — an additional $300 overnight care fee applies. (Multi-day trips to Northern CA and the Pacific Northwest already include overnight stays in the quoted price.)
Listing 1–2 alternate dates helps us confirm faster if your first choice is already booked.

Payment Policy

50% deposit required to confirm and hold your booking date.
Remaining 50% is due at pickup before the trip begins.
Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup: full deposit refund.
Cancellations under 48 hours: deposit is non-refundable.
No-show: full trip cost is charged.
East Coast & long-distance trips: require full payment upfront at the time of booking. The 48-hour cancellation refund policy does not apply to these custom long-distance routes.
Overnight care: next-morning drop-off requests add a flat $300 overnight care fee (covers boarding, feeding, walks, and a comfortable overnight stay). Already included in multi-day routes.
Credit card surcharge: credit card payments include a ~3% processing fee to cover bank charges. Venmo and Zelle have no added fees.
Always include your pet's name and trip date in the payment note so we can match it to your reservation.
